Kor is a collection of improvised recordings made in a few sessions over winter in deep meditation. It consists of 2 deep didgeridoos in 432 hz, one in low A and another in low F vibrating at 40 hz. The latter frequency, known as 40Hz Gamma entrainment is being studied for it’s healing benefits to the brain and is showing positive results. Kor is my first LP solo release. While incredibly rough and raw in its delivery, it is sincere in it’s expression. Intended as such, so that the experience may
be one of genuine “un-headiness”. While at times it may feel like a brutal barefoot bushwhacking into thick bush, at other times it’s like coming out into an
open field and relaxing most deeply into the grasses while marvelling at the beautiful sky. The listener is left in a very relaxed state at the end.

Otherworldly sonic textures for massaging the mind. Inviting one to steep into serenity and to simply be. A talisman, a cleanser, and a protector from the grip of the intensity of the world. Something you can carry with you and activate when you need 3:33 of space to take a deep breath in and exhale into a relaxed clear mind.

Hein d'Gardn is a meditative music project inspired by mystical musings in psychedelic natural realms. Blending elements of New Age, Tribal Ambient, World Fusion, and experimental soundscapes, this music opens a transformative space that invites listeners to step out of time and into deep, enchanting landscapes. Multi-instrumentalist Chris Niebergall brings over two decades of didgeridoo experience to the project, blending its deep drone with rich acoustic and electric guitars, percussion, and diverse organic textures to craft immersive soundscapes for meditations and sound journeys. |
